The Spanish Action League’s, award winning, La Joven Guardia del Teatro Latino / Latino Youth Troupe present Don Quixote de la Mancha, at the direction of Jose Miguel Hernandez. Don Quixote is for all audiences. The realization of this musical-theatrical ensemble is inspired by the need to communicate the ideals of the Don Quixote. This presentation prominently reveals values such as friendship above materialism, kindness, and the respect of the differences among us. In our 2010 tour, we will convey this message to our audiences. We feel this message will touch many lives beyond school children and has the ability to affect all of those who are able to view our presentation. Don Quixote reveals the sensibility in all human beings; this literary work by Miguel de Cervantes embodies the virtues of bravery, respect, justice, politeness, loyalty and reverence for God and others.
