AURELIA CRESPO & CARLOS LAVEZZARI
LATINO AMERICANO SCHOLARSHIP FUND

Administered by
SPANISH ACTION LEAGUE OF ONONDAGA COUNTY

The Aurelia Crespo & Carlos Lavezzari Latino Americano Scholarship Fund was established in 1996 as a permanent fund administered by the Central New York Community Foundation in honor of two Latinos who have been important leaders in our community.  The earnings from this fund will provide an ongoing source of scholarship dollars to young Latinos who are pursuing post-secondary studies at a college, university or technical school.

One scholarship each year is awarded to a Latino high school senior from Onondaga County on the basis of academic performance or potential, demonstrated financial need, and meaningful volunteer service in the community.  If you’re interested in applying, please check back in early April of 2010 for more information.
