The Latin –American Festival of Syracuse
On Saturday August 15th 2009 we opened our festival with the “Grand Parade”. Participants lined up at 10:00 am at the Trolley parking lot (behind the MOST Museum) and started up South Salina at 11:00 noon. The Parade arrived in Clinton Sq. at 11:30 am.
We are asking agencies and business in the community to participate in the Latino Festival Parade. This parade is designed to celebrate and promote the different Latino and Caribbean cultures in unison with the community at large. There is no cost to participate in the parade come join us and promote your agency or business bring your banner, flag, cultural costumes , music, floats, and more.
