The Gala was held Friday, October 23, 2009 at the Oncenter Ballroom.The event celebrated 40 years of service in 2009! The event was a tremendous success! We had over 240 people in attendance from local businesses and supporters of the Spanish Action League. The event allowed us to recognize the contributions of extraordinary individuals.  Tthe evening was filled with music and dancing by Eudy Fernandez with Salsa~Son~Timba and Son Buricua.  The gala was the closure of two major Latino events in our area; Hispanic Heritage Month and 3rd Annual Upstate Latino Summit.

Cocktails: 7:00 p.m.
Dinner & Awards Ceremony: 8:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Music & Dancing: 9:00p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
